Your trust matters. Here's what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

• Your details: name, email, mobile number and delivery address, when you create an account or place an order.
• Your orders: what you bought, when, and the order status.
• On your device: your bag and wishlist are saved in your browser so they're still there when you come back.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send order emails: confirmation, shipping and delivery updates.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To improve our website and products.

We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

• Courier partners, to deliver your order.
• Our secure database and hosting providers (Supabase and Cloudflare).
• Our email provider (Brevo), to send order emails.
• Our payment partner, to process online payments.

Online payments

Online payments are processed by our RBI-authorised payment partner, a payment aggregator that is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking password and similar details are entered on our payment partner's secure page. Aashora never sees or stores them. We only receive the payment status and a payment reference number.

Website visit statistics

To understand how people find and use our website, we count visits in a privacy-friendly way: which pages and pieces are viewed, how you arrived (for example from Google or Instagram), your approximate location (city / state / country, worked out by our hosting network — we never store your IP address), and your device type and browser. We use no cookies for this and store nothing that identifies you — only a random number kept in your browser so a returning visit can be counted. Visit statistics are kept for 13 months, seen only by the Aashora team, and never sold or shared.

Keeping it safe

All information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that no one, including our team, can read.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details until you ask us to delete them. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, even if your account is deleted. Website visit statistics are kept for 13 months.

Your choices

You can see and update your details in My Account. To delete your account and data, write to support@aashora.com.
